In the transaction histories can it include where the items were bought from (web or which vendor)? This would greatly help sellers monitor and choose vendor positions. Thank you.

The no-mod bug has been squashed! I've got help requests coming at me from about 7 different angles. Tickets submitted via our support portal tend to get answered more quickly than help requests through the other channels, so if you're having trouble with anything, please submit a ticket via http://support.onrez.com. Thanks!

Glad it's logged in the system Tanner. Jade is working through the tickets along with our dev team. Strange to hear you can't upload no-mod items. You should not be able to load no-transfer items (for current owner, not "next owner") but mod should not make a difference. We will look into this I promise you.

Thanks Giff, actually, that was a cut and paste from several support tickets placed in the last few days. I had hoped someone had a suggestion on how to fix this, as it is, I can't upload any no mod items. Regarding search, tags still don't seem to work, I realize there is a short delay. Thanks.

Hello Tanner, thanks for the note. I would request that you also paste this into a support trouble ticket so we can track it and close it appropriately. The blog is not really meant for filing bugs but we will definitely look into this.

We are seeing some dropboxes behaving oddly right now and are looking into this carefully.

re: search, there is a delay of up to 5 minutes right now between when you list/edit something and when it is indexed into search but you may be having a different problem for us to review.

Has anyone had this problem and found a solution? I have tried everything suggested in the support tickets, and am still waiting on a fix.

[11:39] Devonshire Designz : 34 Items. 0 Removed. Visit http://shop.onrez.com/item/edit/?SLDropboxId=10512 to configure your items.

[11:39] Devonshire Designz : Done submitting textures
[11:39] Shop OnRez Searchable Vendor 1.0: 7 items were added to your vendor.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Created no mod, no copy test prim, uploaded to OnRez, item loaded fine.
2. Placed no mod, no copy test prim in another no mod, no copy prim(simulating packaging), uploaded to OnRez. Item would not load.

My Packages contain numerous items, some have no mod scripts, some are no mod items, these packages will not upload to my site at OnRez. Packages containing items that all have mod perms load fine.

These are the same packages that loaded with the old SLBoutique scripted dropbox. The items disappeared from my inventory on OnRez after I started using the new dropbox scripts. I have already removed the no mod packages, reloaded them into the dropbox, and reset and recompiled scripts. I cannot change the items to mod, there are no mod scripts and no mod items within the packages.

Also have the same problem on tags and searching items as cherrytook. My animated poses are tagged and lableled correctly, yet only one creator appears on the first page of Poses & Animations, and the same creator appears on the first page of the Sitting category. Am I tagging wrong?

I would also like to suggest that the poses be split into two categories, animated and static.

Hmmm Okay this time I went through a verification page and was able to view my items. I guess I thought I had turned mature on before but hadn't taken all the steps? Not sure. Now the items are appearing. Sorry for the fuss. CT

Thanks for responding, Giff. No I have mature items turned on. I have done the search a number of ways. the only way to find my items is to look through me. The tags are not bringing up the items. I've tried 6 ways from sunday. Honest. I'll get a trouble ticket thanks. And thanks for the email. Hopefully we can get this sorted. :-) It makes me sad to never sell anything here anymore when I'm doing well elsewhere.

Thanks Rizla - we are definitely looking at this problem. A few people are having some odd behaviors with their dropbox. I'm going to pass your note on, and we'll post something when we've got a lock. I apologize for the inconvenience it is causing you. Aside: have you tried getting a new dropbox? (go to Item management, getting started to have a dropbox sent to you or buy it on the market)

Hi me again.

i hope you guys are working on this problem. all I have in the box at the moment is 1 item that seem to be ok. its listed on the site and when i test the delivery it gets sent. cool..

But if i add a new item into the box and then proceed to list it my first item is no longer in the list and the second has replaced the first and is using it details too. just thought id let you know.. so i cant put more than one item in your dropbox
What i have been doing for a long time is using the same template sale box for all my items and modding it to what ever the items i place inside, this has worked fine in the past but im thinking the drag/copy and modding of the sale box for new items i put up for sale must have the same uuid as other boxes in the dropbox. so i tried to create a fresh sale box, placed my items inside, put that into the drop box but still the same thing happened. im stumped..

Hello Cherrytook, if you click on Help & Support (button top right) it will take you to FAQs and if you go to support.onrez.com you will be able to file a trouble ticket. Is it possible that you items are mature and you have the mature setting turned off, so they are not showing up? Please file a trouble ticket so we know your user name and can properly address this issue.

Contratulations on the site. I have a question, though. My items are no longer showing up under the categories under which one might search them. I do a search for nipple clamps (I sell scripted nipple clamps) and I get 16 pages of items ranging from tshirts to easter bunny decor, but not my items. I even have nipple clamps as their title and in the tags. What am I doing wrong? I would contact someone about this but I cannot find where to do so so I'm hoping someone will get back to me? Please?

To be clear, I don't think SLX had anything to do with it. It was a sleazy move for someone to do, but I should have been more paranoid and grabbed it first. Regardless, ICANN gives us options to deal with it.

pompo -- my guess right now is it will be ready tomorrow afternoon. Account migration took some time and we want to do some final testing before opening to everyone.

and... weird wasn't the word that came to my mind!

Hello Pompo, we are working on getting the advertising infrastructure in place but we didn't want to wait to launch Shop OnRez. I hope you add the RSS of this blog to your feed reader if you have one, as we will be posting announcements of all kinds here, including the formal launch of the ad program. Before we talk ads though, we wanted to get this new site out and start getting customers happy again!

wOOt!

multi-panel vendors sounds great...
Is advertising going to be possible right away on the new site?
I think some kind of forums may be a nice extra feature too.

Can't wait to see!.
