I followed the instructions in the video, replacing the SLB script with the 2 OnRez scripts in my old SLB Commerce Leader vendor box, and feeling confident it would work, I deleted my old SLB box. Now I find that all of my product listings have lost all of thier descriptions, prices, categories, and photos!!!

Is there anyway to recapture the information that was there before I replaced these scripts or is it lost forever?

Thanks Giff. The issue seems to be resolved. I had an ampersand in the vendor pack name. Creating a new one using "and" instead of & made it load.

Thanks Zimmy, I would ask that you also file a trouble ticket in the customer support system, but we will reach out to you to take a look at that unusual activity you're seeing.

I've got my drop boxes working fine. But a real problem displaying items in both the vendors varities you've supplied. They connect okay, and let me choose a Vendor Pack, then download and display 0 items.

Strangely the Search version will display when entering a search query, but neither will keep the items in like a normal vendor. I've been looking forward to this feature, but it doesn't seem to work.

@Chaz: This happens when the old dropbox says it was created by someone other than Commerce Leader or Shop OnRez. There are some other vendors (such as the KDC vendor system) which didn't retain their compatibility during the switch to OnRez. We're trying to come up with a solution for the problem. I'll follow up with you directly when we have a fix.

Have followed the directions in the video to a T. Thought, how easy....

Get this message when I do this:

[15:09] SL Boutique Vendor 769731904: The Shop OnRez Dropbox Script A (ver 1.0.2) script is being deleted from this object. You can get a new dropbox from http://shop.onrez.com
[15:09] SL Boutique Vendor 769731904: The scripts for shop.onrez.com dropbox can only be used in their original objects.
