Ana - Sorry to hear, it does appear we have a bit of a problem. If you wouldn't mind filing a quick bug report at http://support.onrez.com, a developer can then look into the issue. Thanks!

Ah Marcus that's exactly why I wanted to be able to put HTML in the decriptions, so we can put in a SLURL if we want. A button certainly would stand out more though...

Another feature I would like to see on the storefront site is a dedicated "beam button" that would open a SLURL to the shops SL inworld location.

ZATZAi, sorry to see you were having problems commenting! It does appear to have been the brackets that were tripping the spam filters.

Thanks for all of your constructive feedback on Shop OnRez and the storefronts, especially. A lot of new features have been under consideration by our team, and while we plan for functionality in future versions, it's great to be able to incorporate this kind of feedback from our users. Storefronts are still in quite an early stage of development, and we hope to be able to improve their value and usability for both sellers and buyers alike!

We hope to be able to get some of the helpful tips from this blog post up on the Shop OnRez website in the near future, to help make the storefronts easier to configure for sellers in the meantime.

Thanks again for taking the time to get in touch with us!

There we go, I don't know if it was the brackets I had in the comment, or the partial url as an example, but something was not getting past the filters there...

It would be nice, if when we choose a color scheme we get a little preview of what it would look like, or just the colors themselves being shown like they are in this blog post, as opposed to drop down list we have now. Also, the "Show Mature Items" button, think we could get that moved up into the blue horizontal bar where the search box is to save some vertical space? Just have the "Show Mature Items?" on one row, and the ON/OFF buttons on a second row beneath inside the blue bar.

I haven't tried it yet, but it would be nice if we could have some simple formatting in the description box, bolding, italics, hyperlinks etc. You could allow simple HTML or do what forums do and use the brackets thing...

It's nice having it show all our items at once, but it would also be nice to have categorization in the sidebar on the left (Perhaps you already do this, I don't sell too many items on the site yet). It would also be nice to pick 3 featured items that get listed at the top of all the lists, or just at the top of the category their in (Within the confines of our shop).

The amount of horizontal space we have for naming our products is pretty short now, so I may change the name on my things so they don't wrap so badly. That being the case, it would be nice to have a SHORT description field under each name, where we can put in a short description (Different from the long one on the product page) to describe our product when people are looking at its thumbnail.

Additionally, since we have store banners, why not store logos? Notice on the product page where it says... "View Seller's Store" why not have a store logo beneath that where you list the store name etc? I'm thinking a square image around 125x125 pixels.

Oh and two other things I noticed, the formatting for all my item descriptions got lost in the transition, specifically the "new lines" were not caried over so I'll have to rewrite those. Also the "Show Mature Items" toggle does not appear to be sticky through different logins.

[...] Complain that I want customisation options for my webshop. Tagline, banner, order of the items, … . You know, the usual. Ok. Sometimes I should just keep my mouth/keyboard. My mistake. Although. It was fairly well hidden? ;) [...]
