@Maxwolf: I'm sorry you're having trouble with the system. Let me try to address some of your complaints.

When you deposit money into a wallet, that wallet transfers the money from your account to ours. In order for it to do that, it requires permission to debit. This is widely known and uncontested.

There is a link on every page at the bottom of the site that points to a dynamically updated list of kiosks (ATMs) here: http://shop.onrez.com/kiosk/

You don't have to deposit money into a wallet. You can also pay Commerce Leader directly (that's all the wallet does).

We also have a support portal where you can submit a trouble ticket for any issues you may be having, located here: http://support.onrez.com I'm happy to personally walk you or anyone else through using the system. I'm in-world at OnRez Island everyday for at least an hour at 7am and 2pm Pacific Time, usually much longer.

OnRez is a brand new system, so we are working out the kinks, but we are addressing problems very quickly. We can't help if we aren't told about the problem.

Pathetic, you have no control over the system to lock users out during problems like this. Your wallets requires permission to take money from me (sic) and I cannot find an ATM and some of the listings on your website are outdated and the ATM's do not even work.

Your website sucks, it has provided me with the most horrible experience in using virtual currency. Yes this is a rant + a warning that will probably get deleted by the admins cause they sure don't want you to know how much this place really sucks.

I did not realize your crappy service was broken until I got to your blog, no mention of this on the main website, not when I rezzed the wallet, not when looking for items.

Electric Sheep fail.
