Your store/system lacks an easy mechanism for feedback/suggestions to improve your site/service. I cant get to the in-world support at the times its at so there is no mechanism for contacting OnRez.
I know that dealing with email etc. has a cost, but missing out on improvements to your service that are crucial to your success has a bigger cost!
We agree Nefarious. We do not rely strictly on in-world support (which has a much higher cost). You can submit feedback and trouble tickets through our customer support portal (we use the same hosted service Linden Lab does from a company called Parature) - go to http://shop.onrez.com/help and you will see Submit Trouble Ticket below the FAQs.
This still isn’t easy enough however — it’s in our pipeline of improvements! We prefer submissions to come through the ticketing system because then we can track and organize them — helps us be more responsive — but you can also always email support - at - onrez - dot - com.
