Status: In-World Transfers

We have resolved the issue, which was interfering with our in-world transaction processes over the weekend, but are still experiencing delays in $L transfers due to the high volume of Holiday Shopping.

If you would like to submit a ticket you can do so at http://support.onrez.com. All deposits/withdrawls will reconcile as quickly our processors allow. Unfortunately, this could take several minutes to several hours. We understand this is an inconvenience and greatly appreciate your patience.

Update: Onrez Deposits and Transfers

If you have recently made a deposit to your OnRez Wallet or a Direct payment to Commerce Leader, but the funds have not appeared in your Shop.Onrez Account, be assured that we are working to correct these issues ASAP and appreciate your patience.

How to switch from CSI:NY to OnRez branding

If you are using the CSI:NY branded OnRez viewer, and wish to change to the OnRez branding, there are a few ways to do so.

If you have not already upgraded your CSI:NY OnRez viewer to version 1.18.2.1.16, then simply download the latest OnRez viewer from http://viewer.onrez.com, and install over your existing viewer.

If you have already upgraded your CSI:NY OnRez viewer to version 1.18.1.16, then first locate your settings.xml file. On Windows XP, it is in: C:\Documents and Settings\[your user name]\Application Data\OnRez\users_settings. On Vista, it is in C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming\OnRez\user_settings. On Mac, it is in [your home directory]/Library/Application Support/OnRez/user_settings. You can either remove your settings.xml file altogether, or edit the line that includes:

Brand value=”csiny”

to read

Brand value=”onrez”

And relaunch the viewer.

OnRez Viewer Update!

Today we’re releasing an updated OnRez Viewer. This release marks a milestone as we are releasing an update to the original CSI branded Onrez Viewer and are also launching an OnRez branded Viewer. You can download the OnRez Viewer from the Viewer site. If you already have the CSI Viewer then you’ll be offered an update automatically, and it will retain the CSI branding.
Some notable changes in this version (detailed release notes here):

  • We’ve added “The Loop” a web page to keep you up to date on new and cool things in Second Life
  • Several exit-time crashes identified and fixed.
  • CTRL-T keyboard shortcut restored; now brings up the IM History window (if there are any IMs in the history)

Shop OnRez and the Second Life service outage

[Update, 3:15pm PST] Deliveries are running again! All purchases made during the grid outage should now be reconciled or voided.

[Update, 12:15pm PST] Deactivated dropboxes have been reactivated.

[Update, 12pm PST] Deliveries were mistakenly turned on before the grid came back up.

Sellers: You may have received an email about your dropbox being deactivated. We are looking into reactivating them.

Buyers: If your purchase was marked as void, please wait before trying again. It’s possible the item was deactivated as part of this process and won’t be available immediately. If your purchase was marked as reconciled, you should receive it when you login to SL.

You can shop safely during the SL service outage! In order to make sure that no deliveries are lost due to any upgrades LL may be performing, we have temporarily disabled Shop OnRez deliveries while Second Life is unavailable.

You can shop normally and we will deliver your items when the grid returns. Your purchase delivery status will be ‘pending’ in your transaction history until we turn deliveries back on.
