Please note the revised Holiday Schedule for the OnRez help desk:

Tues, Dec. 25th: No Support
Tues, Jan. 1st: No Support

All other dates will be coverage as usual. Mon-Fri 7am-8am and 2pm-3pm SLT. No Support on Sat & Sun.
