New Support Hours for Weds!

Hello!

Due to a change in my Wed. morning commutes, I need to change the morning in-world support hours from 7am to 9am SLT. This will apply to Wed. only and ongoing till otherwise posted.

    Hello.

    I thought about wandering over to these new support hours as I am unable to connect to either the support function or the submit feedback function of this site. — I receive error message: Insufficient Account Information. But that is too time consuming to do, so I will simply post the info here.

    There appear to be a few problems with this service, which has been convenient in the past: A) I repeatedly have to change my password when I want to sign on here because it ceases to register as valid. I am fairly certain this is not supposed to be standard OP. B) The last time I used the “wallet,” roughly L2000 promptly disappeared from my account. I was hoping I would sign on here and find that I had accidentally typed an extra zero and the funds were sitting in the OnRez account. But after having to change my password (again), I found this not to be true.

    This is not a big deal for me. But I thought, perhaps, you might wish to be made aware.

    Hello LifeFactory,
    Sorry to hear of all your troubles. I will look into these two items for you and see if we can’t help to clear things up for you.

    Also, when all else fails you are welcome to send an IM to Miss Sheep. I check my account often for new messages, so even when I am off line I am usually able to respond. :)

    I will contact you in-world regarding these concerns.
