Paged vendors now on Shop OnRez (Beta)
We are pleased to announce the release of Paged Vendors on Shop OnRez. We are currently offering a limited release of a beta version that displays 8 thumbnails at a time, with a large preview window for the selected item. Get one here!
Paged vendors are free, customizable, and fully compatible with your existing vendor packs.
Why the limited beta release?
Since this is a brand new feature for Shop OnRez, we want feedback from sellers and buyers about the paged vendor interface before making it available in a wider release. If something could be improved, please give us feedback at http://support.onrez.com!

I love the new paged vendors! I put up two, one for my girl’s tees and one for my men’s tees, both replacing searchable vendors. I love the fact that before the money is accepted for a product it gives the buyer a change to cancel it in case they started the buy process by mistake. I’m not even missing the search function since you can see so many items at once. Thanks for opening up the beta on this! I can even use it in my Linux client, unlike the OnRez viewers.

The “Get one here!” link is broken. Is that because the “limited release” is finished?

Hi Bibiten - Yes, only a number of the Beta vendors were listed. We should have them re-listed soon.

I’m disappointed that, even though I’ve had a support ticket in for months discussing multi-item vendors with you, I was not notified or included in the beta programme and therefore allowed to provide feedback during the beta period.

Bibiten,
I have requested that one of the beta vendors be sent to you for review. I’m sorry that you were not included and look forward to your feedback.

I’ve been using the paged vendors on a limited basis for a while now, and I have to say I love them. The only thing I wish they had (and all your vendors had), was the ability to give product notecards. That’s really the only thing stopping me from using them exclusively. Putting notecards in the dropboxes and assigning them to products, much as you assign the in-world texture, would probably be the best way. My two cents. :)

Damn, I missed this announcement, and only spotted one inworld yesterday. Any news on when these will be on general release? You said shortly back in January lol.
