Tuesday, April 8th, 2008I’d like to thank you all for your patience with our support portal over the last week. We are still receiving high volumes of support requests for failed withdrawals and are working to reconcile these transactions with priority.
If you have experienced any issues with Transactions using Shop.OnRez please submit a trouble ticket here: Support.OnRez.com. To help speed up the process of your ticket please be sure to include as much information as possible, such as the failed transaction’s data from your Account’s Transaction History.
