Rolling Restart and Shop OnRez

The recent rolling restart has affected a number of Second Life functions that are relevant to Shop OnRez.

  • llEscapeURL no longer escapes all characters correctly. In particular, if you have a ‘&’ or ‘+’ in your item name, the information will not be submitted properly to Shop. Likewise, if you have those characters in your vendor pack names, your vendor may not load the pack correctly. Purchases of items already listed on Shop with these characters will still work! There is a JIRA ticket open about this issue and we hope it will be resolved soon.
  • Object names are now limited to 63 characters and object descriptions are limited to 127 characters. (link)

Due to Second Life’s scheduled down time by Linden Labs on Wed. Jan 9th, there will be no morning support at OnRez Island.

Status: In-World Transfers

We have resolved the issue, which was interfering with our in-world transaction processes over the weekend, but are still experiencing delays in $L transfers due to the high volume of Holiday Shopping.

If you would like to submit a ticket you can do so at http://support.onrez.com. All deposits/withdrawls will reconcile as quickly our processors allow. Unfortunately, this could take several minutes to several hours. We understand this is an inconvenience and greatly appreciate your patience.

Update: Onrez Deposits and Transfers

We are still experiencing issues with some deposits and transfers between Second Life and OnRez. If you have recently made a deposit to your OnRez Wallet or a Direct payment to Commerce Leader, but the funds have not appeared in your Shop.Onrez Account, be assured that we are working to correct these issues ASAP and appreciate your patience.

We are currently addressing an issue with incomplete $L transfers to/from Onrez. Our servers are in the process of resetting and reconciling these transactions.
